Job Role/Position:
PhonePe is looking to onboard Talent Acquisition Executives to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and build a pipeline of top talent.

Eligibility Criteria:
Experience: Freshers are eligible to apply. Candidates with up to 3 years of recruitment experience are also welcome.
Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Talent Acquisition Executive at PhonePe, you will:

• Identify, source, and recruit candidates who align with company needs.
• Work closely with hiring managers to identify and understand their staffing needs.
• Manage job postings across multiple platforms and oversee the interview process.
• Manage offer negotiations while fostering a positive and engaging candidate experience.
• Maintain recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring regulations.

Skills and Competencies Required:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes, including bulk hiring, campus recruitment, and lateral hiring.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Possess a proactive approach with strong multitasking and organizational skills.
