Job Overview

• Role: IT – Asset Management Analyst
• Location: Bengaluru, India
• Experience: 0–3 Years
• Qualification: BE/BTech in IT, Mechanical, or related fields, or MBA in Finance/Operations
• Salary: INR 4 – 7 LPA (Expected)

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire IT asset lifecycle, ensuring seamless inventory tracking and compliance with organizational standards. Your day-to-day activities will include monitoring asset performance, collaborating with internal teams, and optimizing stock management. You will also contribute to procurement strategies and support the secure disposal of outdated assets.

Other key tasks include:

• Ensuring accurate record-keeping of all IT assets.
• Handling inventory audits and reconciliations.
• Managing asset data using the ServiceNow platform.
• Maintaining compliance with IT security protocols.
• Offering support for procurement processes and asset deployment.
