About the Role

The Shopping Experience Protection Operations (SEPO) team plays a crucial role in safeguarding Amazon’s platform from fraudulent activities. As an SEPO Associate, you will be responsible for analyzing transactions, investigating suspicious activities, and ensuring a secure shopping environment for millions of Amazon customers worldwide. This role demands strong problem-solving skills, quick decision-making, and the ability to handle sensitive security issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Fraud Detection & Prevention: Monitor customer transactions and detect potential fraudulent activities.
• Investigations: Conduct in-depth research on suspicious activities and take necessary preventive actions.
• Risk Analysis: Assess security threats and suggest improvements in fraud detection mechanisms.

Eligibility Criteria
