About the Role – Operations Associate (VKYC)

PhonePe is looking for Operations Associates for its VKYC (Video Know Your Customer) Team. This role requires conducting video KYC for customers, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free verification process.

As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for verifying customer identities via video calls, handling queries, and ensuring compliance with KYC regulations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining trust and security while enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Video KYC: Handle customer interactions via video calls to complete the KYC verification process.
• Ensure Compliance: Follow PhonePe’s defined process guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain Customer Trust: Ensure accuracy in the verification process and assist customers with any concerns.
• Meet Performance Metrics: Achieve hourly and daily productivity goals for successful KYC completions.
• Problem Solving: Identify and report any process inefficiencies or potential improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Handle Customer Queries: Provide resolutions for any issues faced during the KYC process.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal teams to improve operational workflows.

Who Can Apply?

• Graduation (10+2+3) is mandatory.
• Experience: 0-1 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi (South Indian languages preferred).
