Role Overview
Tech Mahindra is hiring Chat, Voice, and Email Support Associates to handle customer queries and ensure a seamless support experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
As a support associate, you will interact with customers through multiple channels, including chat, voice, and email. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions while maintaining a high level of service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through chat, voice, and email channels.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional interactions.

Eligibility Criteria
