Job Overview

HCLTech is conducting a walk-in drive for freshers and experienced candidates interested in the role of Process Associate. This is a non-IT role focused on email support, requiring excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle email support queries and resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Ensure excellent written communication with customers, maintaining professionalism and clarity.
• Work across multiple tools to validate orders, verify payments, and update databases.
• Follow company policies and compliance regulations while handling client requests.
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure seamless workflow and timely resolutions.
• Demonstrate problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to provide the best customer experience.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in handling customer data.

Eligibility Criteria

For Freshers:

• Any graduate can apply (except BTech, BCA, MTech, or MCA).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple applications.

For Experienced Candidates (0-2 Years):

• Any graduate with relevant experience in customer service, email support, or BPO roles.
• Strong email writing skills and ability to provide high-quality customer interactions.
• Knowledge of BPO processes, international customer support, or order processing is an advantage.

Work Details & Benefits

• Shifts: 24×7 rotational shifts (5 working days, 2 rotational offs).
• Work Location: Client site – Unitech Signature Tower, Gurgaon.
• Transport: Cabs available (chargeable).
• Training: Comprehensive training provided for freshers.
• Salary: 3-4 LPA( Expected)
