Job Responsibilities

As a Consultant, Global Analytic Insights, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting data analysis on large-scale datasets to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Utilizing AI-powered analytics tools (such as Callminer, Genesys, and other speech/text analytics platforms) to assess customer interactions.
• Leading root cause analysis to identify business performance gaps and recommend improvements.
• Developing data-driven strategies to enhance customer experience and business processes.
• Working closely with internal teams, clients, and leadership to implement improvement initiatives.
• Applying business intelligence (BI) tools, speech analysis, and text analytics for in-depth research.
• Designing and executing client-focused research and analytics projects that improve efficiency.
• Presenting key findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Staying updated on the latest trends in customer experience, AI analytics, and business intelligence.

This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and strong business acumen to analyze data, interpret key findings, and drive impactful change.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Business, IT, Statistics, or related fields.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to derive insights from complex data.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or R for data analysis is an advantage.
• Strong business acumen to understand key customer experience and operational challenges.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights effectively.
• Ability to work in a high-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
