Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for Wipro’s Elite Hiring drive, candidates must satisfy the following academic and qualification conditions:

Educational Qualifications

• 10th Standard: Minimum 60% marks or equivalent.
• 12th Standard: Minimum 60% marks or equivalent.
• Graduation (B.E./B.Tech.) or Integrated M.E./M.Tech.: 60% or 6.0 CGPA (as per university standards).
• Only Full-Time Degree courses are accepted.
• Open school or distance learning allowed only for 10th and 12th standards.
• The candidate must have no standing backlogs at the time of assessment and must clear all subjects along with the 8th semester.

Branch of Study

• All streams under Computer Science, Information Technology, and Circuital branches (e.g., ECE, EEE, etc.) are eligible.

Other Eligibility Norms

• Graduation must be completed within 4 years.
• A maximum of 3 years of educational gap is permitted (between 10th and start of graduation).
• No education gap allowed during graduation.
• Candidates must be Indian citizens. PIO/OCI holders can apply if holding passports from other countries.
• Nationals from Nepal and Bhutan must submit citizenship certificates.
• Candidates should be 18 years or older at the time of registration.
• 2025 pass-outs only are eligible to apply.

Job Role: Project Engineer

As a Project Engineer at Wipro, your role will include contributing to technical solution development, implementing design specifications, supporting software systems, and collaborating across teams for client success. Salary and Compensation

• Base Pay: ₹3.5 LPA
• Service Agreement: One year from date of joining with a repayment clause of ₹75,000 if the candidate exits before 12 months (on pro-rata basis).

Selection Process

The selection process comprises three rounds designed to assess aptitude, communication, programming skills, and business readiness:

Round 1: Online Assessment

• Aptitude Section
  • Logical Reasoning
  • Quantitative Aptitude
  • Verbal Ability
• Written Communication Test
  • Essay writing to assess grammar, structure, and clarity.
• Coding Section
  • Two coding problems in any one language: Java, C, C++, or Python

Round 2: Voice Assessment

• This round evaluates verbal communication, listening skills, articulation, and professional tone.

Round 3: Business Discussion Round

• This final interview is a blend of technical and HR discussion. Candidates are evaluated on soft skills, thought clarity, adaptability, and cultural fit.

Only those clearing each round will progress to the next stage.
