Note: Candidates from Engineering (BE/BTech/ME/MTech) or Computer Science/IT-related MSc/MCA backgrounds are not eligible for this role.

Job Description

As a System and Application Services Associate, you will work in one of the following functional areas depending on business needs:

1. Infrastructure Managed Services

• Manage and operate IT infrastructure and services for on-premise and cloud systems.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure service reliability.
• Identify areas for process improvement and enhance operational efficiency.

2. Application/Cloud Support

• Provide technical support for enterprise applications and cloud-based systems.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot bugs, and ensure smooth functioning.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve client issues.

3. Project Control Services

• Support project delivery and management functions.
• Track project activities, create progress reports, and maintain documentation.
• Manage multiple stakeholders and align deliverables to meet deadlines.

4. Low/No-Code App Development

• Build simple applications using low-code platforms with drag-and-drop tools.
• Configure workflows and templates as per client requirements.
• Optimize and automate internal processes.

5. Quality Engineering

• Design test cases, perform testing, and ensure software quality.
• Document and report software bugs or performance issues.
• Work with developers to enhance application reliability and usability.
