Job Responsibilities
- Review data to identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and gaps.
- Support data cleansing and enrichment activities.
- Validate source data against business requirements and defined rules.
- Perform post-load validation to check data accuracy and completeness.
- Document data quality issues and validation results.
- Work with ETL developers and senior team members on data quality checks.
- Support root cause analysis of data defects and validation failures.
- Collaborate with business, IT, and project teams.
- Follow data quality standards and contribute to process improvements.
Educational Qualification
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably B.Com or B.Sc.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction, validation, transformation, and analysis.
- Basic understanding of ETL processes and data integration workflows.
- Familiarity with Azure Data Factory (ADF).
- Awareness of SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (SAP BODS).
- Basic knowledge of data validation and data quality processes.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis.
- Basic debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VBA/macros.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
