Job Responsibilities

As an MHLS Associate (L3), your role includes:

• Handling a high volume of live interactions via phone and chat.
• Assisting employees with HR-related inquiries such as time-off, relocations, benefits, and payroll.
• Resolving issues quickly and efficiently by referring to internal resources and escalating when necessary.
• Ensuring confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
• Working with cross-functional teams to improve HR policies and streamline processes.
• Maintaining high performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and resolution times.
• Adapting to shift changes in a 24/7 work environment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any Graduate or Master’s Degree holder can apply.
• Freshers and experienced professionals (0-10 years) are eligible.
• Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Comfortable with rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
• High-speed internet connection (50-100 Mbps) is required before joining.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service, HR, or BPO (5+ years preferred).
• Basic knowledge of US Leave & Disability Laws is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
