About the Role

As an Analyst in the Lending Analytics team, you’ll be part of the US Consumer Services (USCS) division, which focuses on driving growth, customer loyalty, and differentiated product strategies. This role combines data analytics, strategic insights, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance portfolio performance and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards for portfolio performance tracking.
• Unlock the potential of partner and external data to enhance benchmarking frameworks and generate actionable insights.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior, product performance, and revenue optimization.
• Design customer segmentation frameworks and targeting strategies to drive engagement.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage industry-level data needs.

Qualification and Skills Required

• Education: Post-graduation/Graduation from a top-tier institution.
• Experience: 0-1 years in data analytics.

Skills:

• Proficiency in tools like SQL, Python, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative problem-solving with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Programming knowledge and cross-functional collaboration experience are added advantages.
