The role of a Representative, Operations involves direct interaction with customers through inbound/outbound calls, emails, chats, or internet-based platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries efficiently and meet key performance metrics.
• Actively listen to customer concerns, build rapport, and provide empathetic resolutions.
• Accurately document interactions in the call tracking system.
• Stay informed about the client’s products and services to deliver effective solutions.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and overall business performance.
• Review reported content (if selected for the Content Moderator role) to ensure compliance with platform guidelines.

Skills and Qualifications

• Graduates or undergraduates from any discipline are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
