What You’ll Be Doing
As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you’ll receive training and practical experience in key cybersecurity tasks, including:
- Conducting Vulnerability Analysis and Penetration Testing for web, desktop, and mobile applications used in industrial environments.
- Performing Protocol Fuzz Testing on industrial communication protocols.
- Suggesting and documenting mitigation strategies for identified vulnerabilities.
- Collaborating with global development teams to strengthen security controls and ensure best practices.
- Learning and applying international security standards like OWASP Top 10 and IEC62443.
By the end of your training period, you’re expected to independently contribute to critical security tasks with confidence.
What You Need to Apply
Educational Requirements:
- BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MCA/MSc (CS/IT)
- Candidates from any batch are welcome to apply
- Fresh graduates from BCA/BSc Computer Science (2024-2025) may also apply (preferred for certain roles)
Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity tools like Burp Suite, Kali Linux, App Scanner, etc.
- Familiarity with HTTPS, TLS, SSH, and other security protocols
- Understanding of OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities and secure coding principles
- Hands-on experience with Python, Shell, TCL, or Perl scripting for exploit development
- Exposure to penetration testing or ethical hacking (even academic or project-based)
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication (verbal and written)
- High adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies
