Job Role/Position:
Fresh Prints is hiring HR Interns to join its recruitment team and play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline.

Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, HR, or related fields.
Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply; however, up to 6 months of experience in talent acquisition is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
As an HR Intern, you will:

• Review applications and shortlist top talent that aligns with job requirements.
• Coordinate and oversee various rounds of assessments and interviews.
• Source candidates through multiple channels and screen resumes effectively.
• Maintain consistent communication with management and team members to ensure updates on hiring status.
• Handle additional recruitment-related responsibilities as delegated.

Skills and Attributes Required:

• Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow up relentlessly.
• Strong prioritization skills to manage tasks efficiently.

• Experience in a start-up environment or in-house recruitment is a significant advantage.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹25,000 per month (equivalent to $400 USD).
