Job Description – Process Associate (Accounts Payable)

The Process Associate role at Genpact focuses on Accounts Payable (AP) operations. The selected candidates will be responsible for processing and managing vendor invoices, ensuring payments are made on time, and handling queries from vendors and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

As a Process Associate, your main responsibilities will include:

• Invoice Processing: Checking, processing, and ensuring timely payments for vendor invoices.
• Accounts Payable Management: Handling core accounting tasks in a non-voice profile.
• Email Query Handling: Responding to queries from vendors and internal stakeholders via email.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualifications:

• Any Graduate with a preference for Commerce backgrounds (B.Com/M.Com).
