Job Description
Infosys BPM is currently hiring Chat Support Associates for its Customer Experience Business Unit. This role involves assisting customers via chat, email, and other digital channels, ensuring high-quality service delivery. The position is part of a pilot project, requiring candidates to work in night shifts with rotational offs. Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction:
- Responding to customer queries via chat, email, and phone.
- Providing accurate information and resolving customer concerns.
- Handling inbound and outbound interactions based on workflow demand.
- Demonstrating empathy and patience while assisting customers.
2. Problem-Solving:
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints promptly.
- Identifying basic technical issues and providing appropriate solutions.
- Taking ownership of customer concerns until they are resolved.
3. Communication & Collaboration:
- Maintaining clear and professional communication with customers.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service operations.
- Updating customer records in the system after each interaction.
4. Technical & Process Handling:
- Utilizing customer support tools and software effectively.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Processing customer requests with accuracy and efficiency.
- Meeting performance targets and maintaining high-quality service standards.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications:
- Any graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is acceptable).
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing speed of 30-40 words per minute (preferred).
- Customer service orientation with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to work in rotational night shifts.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes.
