Roles & Responsibilities

Support Associate

• Follow company policies and guidelines while addressing customer concerns.

Banking Associate

• Process financial transactions and banking requests from customers.
• Support loan applications, credit card processing, and account management.
• Verify documents and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
• Work closely with banking teams to provide smooth customer service.

Data Associate

• Manage and analyze large volumes of business and financial data.
• Ensure accurate data entry, validation, and reporting.
• Work with Excel, SQL, and other data management tools.
• Support business intelligence and data-driven decision-making.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Any Graduate (BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BE/B.Tech, etc.).
• Experience: Freshers & Experienced professionals can apply.
• Skills Required:
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with MS Office tools.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of banking processes and data management is a plus.
