Eligibility and Educational Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications
- 10th Standard: Pass
- 12th Standard: Pass
- Diploma: Minimum 50% aggregate
Eligible Diploma Streams
Candidates must have a full-time Diploma (regular only, no part-time or distance learning) in one of the following branches:

Additional Academic Rules
- A maximum 3-year gap allowed between 10th standard and start of Diploma.
- Must have studied Core Mathematics in Diploma.
- Business Mathematics or Applied Mathematics are not accepted as Core Math.
- Only one backlog is allowed at the time of assessment.
- Candidates must clear all backlogs before completing the 6th semester.
- Open school is allowed only for 10th or 12th, not for Diploma.
- Applicants must be Indian citizens, or have PIO/OCI status.
- Nepal and Bhutan nationals must provide citizenship certificates.
- Candidates who attended Wipro drives in the last 3 months are not eligible.
- Minimum 18 years of age at the time of onboarding.
Salary and Stipend Structure
The SIM program provides a structured stipend that increases every year:
- 1st Year: Rs 12,400 per month
- 2nd Year: Rs 15,488 per month
- 3rd Year: Rs 17,553 per month
- 4th Year: Rs 19,618 per month
Since this is a combination of full-time job + education sponsorship, the stipend is provided along with all applicable benefits and allowances as per Wipro policies.

Wipro’s School of IT Infrastructure Management trains diploma students in two main aspects:

- Quantitative Aptitude: 20 questions – 20 minutes
- Written Communication Test: 20 minutes
Round 2: Voice Assessment
Assesses clarity, pronunciation, listening skills, grammar, and comfort with communication.
Round 3: Business Discussion
This is the HR interview round where candidates are evaluated for:

Round 4: Pre-Skilling Training

Service Agreement
Wipro requires a 48-month agreement.
If a candidate leaves early, they must repay the joining bonus on a pro-rata basis.
