Role Overview: Category Associate
If you’re a dynamic, analytical, and self-driven individual, the Category Associate role is for you. Here’s what you’ll do:

• Lead and mentor a team of Key Account Managers to achieve team goals.
• Work closely with central teams to ensure the best product selection, affordable pricing, and high visibility.
• Develop processes to streamline supplier engagement and solve problems effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Education: BE/B.Tech from a reputed institute.
• Experience: 1-3 years of total experience, with at least 1+ year in leading teams. Experience in dynamic or rapidly evolving environments is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and creating actionable insights.
• Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to work in high-pressure, rapidly changing environments.
