Job Role: Business Development Associate

This role focuses on lead generation, presales qualification, and communication with prospective learners. As a Business Development Associate, you will act as the first point of contact for learners interested in high-paying tech career programs.

Work Location & Working Model

  • Work Mode: Remote (Work From Home)
  • Preferred Office Location (if required): Hyderabad
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Working Days: 6 days a week

Candidates must be flexible to visit the office if business requirements arise.

Salary & Compensation Details

The compensation structure is performance-oriented and attractive for freshers:

  • Expected CTC: ₹3–4 LPA
  • Maximum CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA
    • Fixed Pay: ₹3 LPA
    • Performance-Based Incentives: Additional earnings based on targets
