Educational Qualification
To be eligible, candidates must meet the following educational requirements:
- 10th and 12th Standard: Pass
- Graduation: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA as per university norms
- Streams Accepted:
- BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications)
- B.Sc in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, or Physics
Additional Academic Criteria:
- Candidates must have Core Mathematics in graduation. Business Mathematics and Applied Mathematics will not be accepted.
- Only one backlog is allowed at the time of online assessment. The backlog must be cleared with the 6th semester.
- A maximum of three years of academic gap is allowed (between 10th and graduation).
- No gap during graduation is permitted, and graduation must be completed within three years.
- Candidates must be 18 years or older at the time of application.
Open school or distance education is allowed only for 10th and 12th grades.
Salary Details and Stipend Structure
Wipro’s WILP offers a structured salary during the training and work period, along with a generous joining bonus.
Stipend:
- 1st Year: ₹15,000/month + ₹488 (ESI)
- 2nd Year: ₹17,000/month + ₹553 (ESI)
- 3rd Year: ₹19,000/month + ₹618 (ESI)
- 4th Year: ₹23,000/month
Bonus:
- Joining Bonus: ₹75,000

Interview and Selection Process
The WILP selection process is conducted in three stages:
Round 1 – Online Assessment (80 Minutes)
This consists of four sections:
- Verbal Ability – 20 questions in 20 minutes
- Analytical Ability – 20 questions in 20 minutes
- Quantitative Ability – 20 questions in 20 minutes
- Written Communication Test – 1 essay in 20 minutes
Round 2 – Voice Assessment
This round evaluates your communication skills, pronunciation, listening, and verbal clarity.
Round 3 – Business Discussion
Final shortlisted candidates will be invited for a business round where your overall fit for the program will be assessed, including your intent and ability to learn while working.
Service Agreement
Selected candidates will be required to sign a 60-month service agreement. If a candidate chooses to exit the organization before the completion of this period, they are liable to repay the joining bonus on a pro-rata basis.
