Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, integrate, and maintain accurate long-term volume forecasting models.
• Work closely with Global Planning Teams to create and execute workforce plans that align with service level and shareholder targets.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of strategic plans.
• Provide business analysis, strategic insights, and planning support to prioritize short- and long-term opportunities within the Global Amex Planning Network (GAPN).

• Apply advanced quantitative statistical techniques to drive business improvements.
• Support analytical advancements and transformational change within the organization.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power Query, Power BI, SQL, or Python.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from large datasets.
• Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a global and matrixed organization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work in different time zones, as required.
