Job Description:

Infosys BPM is currently hiring freshers for the position of Process Executive in the Customer Support & Service Desk Voice Process. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level resolution to customer inquiries and issues.
  • Handle customer calls, chats, and emails professionally and empathetically.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating complex problems when required.
  • Utilize ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, and Control M for issue tracking.
  • Support customers with VPN, drivers, Microsoft O365, Active Directory, and other IT-related concerns.
  • Offer general support for operating systems, networking, and cloud computing.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and resolving queries efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to provide timely solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the service management system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and company products to provide relevant information.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Any graduate from a recognized university (Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline).
  • Additional certifications in customer service, IT support, or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle customer objections and concerns professionally.
  • Quick learning and adaptability to new processes and technologies.
  • Must be comfortable working in US shift timings.
  • Willing to work in a 24×7 environment with rotational shifts.
  • 100% Work from Office (No hybrid or remote option).
