Job Overview

MountBlue is hiring entry-level Software Development Engineers through their off-campus drive for 2025. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to break into the IT field and possess a basic understanding of programming.

As a Software Development Engineer, you will go through an intensive 12-13 week training program. After successfully completing the training and meeting performance benchmarks, you will be placed on projects with MountBlue’s partner companies as a full-time developer.

Educational Qualifications

• Degree: Any graduate degree is accepted (Engineering, B.Sc., BCA, BBA, Arts, etc.).
• Programming Knowledge: While a technical background is preferred, it is not mandatory. However, candidates must demonstrate a basic understanding of at least one programming language.
• Eligible Batches: Graduates from 2023, 2024, or 2025 are eligible to apply.

Skills Required

• Familiarity with at least one programming language such as JavaScript, Java, Python, PHP, Ruby, C, or C++.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• A proactive attitude toward continuous self-improvement.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team environment to design, develop, compile, test, debug, and deploy software applications.
• Develop responsive web and mobile applications using tools like JavaScript, Python, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
• Ensure software releases are delivered on time and with minimal defects.
• Create technical documentation for the software and APIs developed.
• Provide production-level support and apply quick fixes as needed.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand software requirements.

Salary Package

• Annual Salary: ₹4,00,800
• The salary is fixed and includes all components. There may be performance bonuses or progression opportunities post-training based on performance in client projects.
