Roles Offered & Salary Packages

Infosys is hiring for the following roles under the 2025 Off-Campus Drive:

1. Specialist Programmer (SP)
   • Salary: ₹9.5 LPA (Expected)
   • Role Description: Specialist Programmers are responsible for building advanced applications, working on complex coding challenges, and contributing to cutting-edge software development. Ideal for candidates with strong programming skills and a passion for problem-solving.
2. Digital Specialist Engineer (DSE)
   • Salary: ₹6.25 LPA (Expected)
   • Role Description: DSEs work across multiple technologies, supporting digital transformation projects. They handle front-end, back-end, and cloud-based development, playing a key role in delivering digital solutions to global clients.

Graduation Year:

• Only candidates from 2024 and 2025 batches are eligible.

Application Process

1. Online Application:
   Eligible candidates must apply through the official Infosys application portal before 30th June 2025.
2. Online Assessment:
   Shortlisted candidates will receive an invite to participate in the Infosys online assessment. This test evaluates programming knowledge, problem-solving ability, logical reasoning, and analytical skills.
   • For SP: Expect advanced coding questions in programming languages like Java, Python, C++
   • For DSE: Expect moderate-level coding, logical reasoning, and aptitude sections
3. Technical Interview:
   Candidates who clear the online test will proceed to a technical interview. This round focuses on programming fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, project experience, and your understanding of core CS concepts.
4. HR Interview:
   Final shortlisted candidates will undergo an HR round where behavioral questions, communication skills, and cultural fit are evaluated.
5. Offer Letter:
   Successful candidates will receive an official offer with role-specific details, location, and onboarding schedule.
