Job Description:

Accenture’s Trust and Safety team plays a crucial role in maintaining online content integrity, ensuring platform safety, and enabling businesses to scale efficiently. As a Trust & Safety New Associate, you will work on content moderation, ensuring that user-generated content aligns with platform policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, classify, and moderate content based on platform guidelines.
• Analyze user profiles, videos, text, and images to ensure compliance.
• Investigate and resolve issues reported by users or flagged by AI systems.
• Identify trends and provide recommendations to improve content safety measures.
• Engage in process improvements and participate in continuous training programs.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and objectivity when handling sensitive content.
• Work in rotational shifts and flexible schedules to support the platform’s needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Any Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any discipline).
• Experience: 0-1 year (Freshers can apply).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle and moderate sensitive or graphic content with emotional resilience.
• Familiarity with internet culture, social media trends, and digital platforms.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or business process outsourcing (BPO) is a plus.
