Job Description

The selected candidate will be part of the Trust & Safety – Reporting Analytics team. The role revolves around content review, analytics, business reporting, and ensuring online platform safety. Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing, classifying, and moderating digital content (text, image, audio, video) per client guidelines.
• Preparing recurring and ad-hoc business performance reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interpreting digital metrics like CTR, CPM, impressions, and engagement to offer meaningful insights.
• Staying updated on client policies and executing tasks within regulatory boundaries.
• Participating in process improvements and training initiatives.

This role requires individuals with strong resilience, objectivity, and attention to detail, especially when reviewing sensitive content.

Skills Required

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
