What Will You Do – Key Responsibilities
As a Planning & Scheduling Analyst, you’ll be a vital part of the Workforce Management (WFM) team responsible for:
- Creating and managing workforce schedules using eWFM tools
- Forecasting, generating intraday patterns (IDP), and performing schedule optimization
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather scheduling inputs
- Driving automation for repetitive scheduling tasks to reduce manual interventions
- Recommending appropriate staffing based on forecasting trends
- Updating real-time exceptions and managing shift adjustments through emails
- Benchmarking scheduling best practices and leveraging AI, RPA, and machine learning for smart resource allocation
- Ensuring schedule quality, consistency, and alignment with team objectives
- Handling high-volume data and collaborating with global stakeholders
This role also includes driving initiatives to automate workflows, improve scheduling accuracy, and enhance overall team productivity.
Skills You Need
Concentrix looks for passionate candidates with:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools – Excel is a must
- Working knowledge of SQL and Power BI
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Comfort with WFM tools like IEX or Alvaria (preferred)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage deadlines
- Exposure to leave management systems is a bonus
- Readiness to thrive in a fast-paced, agile work environment
Candidates with basic experience in Workforce Management or Contact Centre Operations will have an advantage.
