Role Overview: Associate Analyst – Payroll–Data Maintenance
As an Associate Analyst in the Payroll–Data Maintenance team, you’ll be part of Deloitte’s internal support services, focusing on payroll and employee data management. This position is designed for fresh graduates who are interested in finance, data accuracy, and HR operations.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage employee data, process payroll updates, and support the finance and HR teams in ensuring smooth payroll operations. You will play an important role in maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance, and resolving payroll-related queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Process onboarding and offboarding employee data in the Payroll Dashboard.
- Make necessary changes to employee life cycle records including transfers, separations, and salary updates.
- Support MIS reports, payroll processing, and annual compensation activities.
- Handle full and final settlements for separated employees.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams for reconciliations and payroll audits.
- Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality in line with PII guidelines.
- Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and management promptly.
- Ensure compliance with Deloitte’s internal controls and accounting standards.

Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate from a recognized university can apply.
