About the Role – Process Associate (Voice Process)

As a Process Associate, you will be part of the Banking Operations team, responsible for handling voice-based customer support for banking clients. This position offers exposure to international processes, customer interaction, and end-to-end banking operations.

You’ll work closely with the HCLTech Banking Team, providing real-time customer support, resolving account-related queries, and maintaining service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to banking queries.
• Ensure prompt resolution of issues while maintaining high service standards.
• Maintain and update records accurately in client databases.
• Escalate complex queries to senior process executives or team leads when required.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance process knowledge and communication skills.
• Adhere to quality and compliance norms as per HCLTech’s internal policies.

This role is designed for graduates with good communication skills and an eagerness to learn the fundamentals of banking operations and customer relationship management.

Educational Qualifications

• Eligible Degrees: Any Graduate (UG) or Postgraduate (PG) can apply.
• Non-Eligible Streams: B.E, B.Tech, M.Sc (CS/IT), MCA graduates are not eligible.
• Candidates with backlogs or awaiting results can still participate in the drive.
• MBA, M.Com, MA, and M.Sc (non-IT branches) – 2025 batch candidates are also eligible.

Experience Required

Salary Details
