Role and Responsibilities

As a Tele Associate, your key responsibilities include:

• Making outbound voice-based calls to sellers listed on IndiaMART
• Educating sellers about the platform and helping them improve their online profile
• Collecting, verifying, and updating accurate business information
• Answering queries related to product listings, company details, and services
• Enhancing the overall quality of IndiaMART’s business database

You will be expected to meet quality benchmarks, though there are no sales targets involved.

Mandatory Requirements

To qualify for this opportunity, candidates must ensure they meet the following basic technical and documentation requirements:

• Fluency in Hindi and English (spoken)
• A personal computer or laptop for work-related activities
• A dedicated Android smartphone
• Valid PAN Card and Aadhar Card, both linked as per the Income Tax Department
• A bank account in your name for salary disbursal
• A reliable internet connection
• Willingness to commit at least 3–4 hours per day
• A WhatsApp-enabled mobile number for communication

Salary Details

While this is a freelance program, IndiaMART offers a highly competitive weekly payout system. Based on your performance and number of hours worked, you can expect to earn up to:

• ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
• Payments are made weekly via bank transfer
• No upper cap on earning potential if you work extra hours and maintain performance
