Key Responsibilities

As a Transportation Specialist, you will:

• Monitor and manage real-time transportation operations across the Amazon network, resolving issues related to freight movement and escalation.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders such as Customer Service, Last Mile teams, Fulfillment Centers, Program Managers, and HR to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze historic performance data to identify trends and suggest improvements to existing processes.
• Drive the development and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate across teams to improve transportation visibility tools and create scalable, automated solutions.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure swift resolution while maintaining service levels.
• Exhibit leadership through ownership, continuous improvement, and support for a culture of accountability and learning.

Educational Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative discipline such as:
  • Computer Science
  • Engineering
  • Statistics
  • Mathematics
  • Information Systems

This educational background is vital for analyzing data, working with logistics platforms, and proposing solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:
