Educational Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria
Eligible Degrees:
- Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Mathematics
- Statistics
- Electronics
- Physics
Academic Requirements:
- 10th and 12th: Pass
- Graduation: 60% or 6.0 CGPA and above (as per university guidelines)
- Core Mathematics is mandatory during graduation

Additional Conditions:
- Open schooling/distance allowed for 10th & 12th only

Salary and Stipend Details
Wipro’s WILP offers a monthly stipend that increases every year, along with a substantial joining bonus:

Selection Process
The recruitment process for WILP consists of three key stages:
1. Online Assessment (80 Minutes)
Covers four sections:
- Verbal Ability – 20 Questions (20 mins)
- Analytical Ability – 20 Questions (20 mins)
- Quantitative Aptitude – 20 Questions (20 mins)
- Written Communication Test – 1 Essay (20 mins)
2. Voice Assessment Round
Shortlisted candidates from the online assessment will appear for a voice-based communication round to test fluency and clarity in spoken English.
3. Business Discussion Round
The final round where candidates interact with Wipro’s business leaders. Your communication, motivation, and professional goals will be evaluated.
Note: Only candidates who successfully clear all rounds and accept the Letter of Intent (LOI) will be invited for a pre-skilling training, followed by the final offer letter.

Service Agreement
Wipro requires selected candidates to sign a 60-month service agreement. If you choose to leave before this period, you will need to repay the joining bonus on a pro-rata basis.
