Job Overview:
Capgemini is currently hiring Software Engineers for its Pune location. This role involves working across the full lifecycle of software engineering — from design and development to deployment and maintenance. As a Software Engineer, your core responsibility is to develop, maintain, and optimize innovative software solutions that align with client needs and business goals. - Analyze and Solve Problems Scientifically

Work closely with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Business Analysts to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions. - Continual Learning

Candidate Profile:
- Experience:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in software development or engineering roles. - Education:
Graduation in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or any other related field. - Mindset:

- Eager to innovate and not afraid to think outside the box
- Capable of organizing your own time and managing mid-term deliverables
- Confident in communication and open to feedback

Skills Required:

- Languages & Tools: Experience in at least one major programming language (Java, Python, C#, etc.)
- Software Design: Familiar with software development life cycle (SDLC), design patterns, and architecture principles.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to work across teams and stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Able to work co-operatively in a multi-disciplinary environment to achieve shared goals.
