Job Role: AI/ML Developer

This role involves the end-to-end development and deployment of AI and machine learning solutions, with a strong focus on large language models (LLMs), GenAI applications, cloud platforms, and advanced UI integrations. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy AI/ML models including large language models (LLMs) using platforms such as Azure OpenAI or Mystral.
• Implement on-premise or local server deployment for AI-based solutions.
• Design scalable and secure architectures for GenAI solutions, suitable for both on-prem and cloud environments.
• Create REST APIs using FastAPI/Flask for smooth integration with third-party systems like ServiceNow (SNOW) and SharePoint.
• Lead the architecture, development, and documentation process for complex AI/ML systems and present these to stakeholders.
• Work on data flow diagrams, implement data security protocols both at rest and in motion, and ensure full compliance with organizational policies.
• Develop visually intuitive UI components using Angular, Streamlit, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Utilize tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other AI libraries for model training, fine-tuning, and inference.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
• Ensure monitoring and maintenance of deployed models using tools like SolarWinds, Splunk, or NewRelic (if applicable).

Mandatory Skills:

• AI/ML Knowledge: Deep understanding of LLMs and other AI/ML algorithms.
• Cloud Computing: Azure is essential – familiarity with services like Azure Container Registry, App Services, and Azure Container Instance.
• Programming: Proficient in Python, FastAPI, Flask, and UI development using Angular/HTML/JS.
• ML Frameworks: Expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and related libraries.
• Deployment: Experience in deploying solutions both on-premise and on cloud.
• Data Engineering: Ability to design secure data flow models.
• Solution Design: Experience with designing complete GenAI solutions including hardware/software requirements.

Good to Have Skills:

• Familiarity with Gemini, Agentic AI, or Agentic RAG technologies.
• Working experience with AWS or Google Cloud in AI deployment.
• Integration experience with monitoring tools like Splunk, SolarWinds, NewRelic.
• Capability to work on cost estimations and optimization for AI workloads on cloud.
• Understanding of multi-factor authentication (MFA) systems and security frameworks.
• Past exposure to collaboration in data analysis and ensuring regulatory compliance.
