Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations & Business Partnership

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to implement strategic HR initiatives.

2. Talent Management & Organizational Development

  • Participate in talent planning, workforce development, and leadership effectiveness programs.

3. Data Analysis & HR Reporting

  • Collect and analyze HR-related data (e.g., attrition trends, employee feedback, compensation patterns).

4. Communication & Event Coordination

  • Assist in drafting HR communication materials such as emails, reports, and presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources (HR), Business, Psychology, Legal, or a related field.
  • Internship experience in HR or relevant experience in hiring, training, performance management.
  • Understanding of employment laws, policies, and HR best practices.

Preferred Qualifications
