Eligibility Criteria
- Education Qualification:
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any discipline. Preferred specializations include:- Business Administration
- Operations Management
- Commerce
- Statistics
- Data Analytics
- Economics
- Computer Applications
However, candidates from other disciplines can also apply if they possess relevant skills and interest in operations or data handling.
- Experience:
Freshers and candidates with up to 4 years of experience in a similar role are eligible. Prior experience in operations, data analysis, or business support functions will be a plus.
Key Responsibilities
As an Operations Analyst at PhonePe, your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Monitoring operations performance and key metrics
- Conducting root-cause analysis for system or process issues
- Working on dashboards, generating reports, and analyzing data patterns
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
