Job Description – Chat/Voice/Email Support Associate
As a Customer Support Associate, you will handle customer queries through chat, voice calls, and email, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and customer-centric thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via chat, voice calls, and email in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by offering quality support.
- Adhere to company policies and follow standard operating procedures.
- Ensure quick resolution of customer concerns with a problem-solving approach.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and escalate complex issues if required.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Any Graduate from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates (0-5 years) can apply.
- Typing Speed: Minimum 30 words per minute (WPM) with 90% accuracy (for chat support).
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi (Additional regional languages are a plus).
Preferred Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (24/7 environment).
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle multiple chat interactions.
- Ability to handle E-commerce-related queries efficiently.
