Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have completed a full-time Diploma in one of the following fields with at least 50% marks:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology

- Computer Science and Technology
- Electrical and Electronics Engineering
Academic Requirements:
- 10th Standard: Pass
- 12th Standard: Pass
- Diploma: Minimum 50% marks
- Year of Passing: 2024 or 2025
- Mathematics: Core Mathematics must be a subject in Diploma. (Business/Applied Math not accepted.)
Additional Rules:
- Maximum of 3 years education gap allowed between 10th and Diploma.
- Only full-time Diploma courses are eligible (no distance or part-time).
- Candidates with one active backlog can apply but must clear it by the 6th semester.
- Open schooling is permitted in 10th and/or 12th.
- Must be an Indian Citizen or hold PIO/OCI status. (Bhutan/Nepal nationals must provide citizenship proof.)
- Candidates who attended any Wipro selection process in the past 3 months are not eligible.
- Minimum age: 18 years at the time of onboarding.
Salary Details
Wipro offers an attractive stipend that increases each year as you progress:
- 1st Year: ₹12,400 per month
- 2nd Year: ₹15,488 per month
- 3rd Year: ₹17,553 per month
- 4th Year: ₹19,618 per month

Selection & Interview Process
The selection process for the SIM program is structured and merit-based. It includes four key rounds:
Round 1: Online Assessment (80 Minutes)
This test includes four sections:
- Verbal Ability – 20 questions, 20 minutes
- Analytical Ability – 20 questions, 20 minutes
- Quantitative Ability – 20 questions, 20 minutes
- Written Communication Test (WCT) – 20 minutes essay-type questions
Round 2: Voice Assessment
A telephonic or online round assessing your communication, fluency, and clarity of speech.
Round 3: Business Discussion
An interview round where candidates discuss their technical understanding, career goals, and interest in IT infrastructure.
Round 4: Pre-Skilling Training
Selected candidates undergo pre-skill training to prepare for the technical and behavioral expectations of the role.
