Job Description
The Trainee – Manual Testing will be responsible for configuring and testing the Wipro proprietary Total Benefits Administration (TBA) system. This role involves understanding business requirements, writing test cases, identifying bugs, and supporting the implementation of HR systems for Wipro’s global clientele.

Educational Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following academic requirements:
- A full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or Master’s Degree in Computer Applications (MCA)
- Only 2024 batch graduates are eligible to apply

- Shift Timing: 11:30 AM to 9:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Knowledge of manual testing concepts and basic experience writing SQL queries
- Ability to understand database relationships (keys, tables)
- Familiarity with system testing and QA best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
