Educational Qualifications:

Candidates must fulfill the following academic requirements to be eligible:

• 10th Standard: Pass
• 12th Standard: Pass
• Graduation: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA, as per university norms
• Eligible Degrees:
  • BCA (Bachelor of Computer Application)
  • B.Sc – with streams in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, or Physics

Important Note:

• Core Mathematics must be a subject in graduation. Business Maths and Applied Maths are not considered valid.
• Open Schooling or Distance Education is acceptable for 10th and 12th only.
• A maximum of one backlog is allowed during the online assessment (must be cleared before the 6th semester ends).
• Graduation must be completed within three years, and no academic gaps are allowed during graduation.
• Maximum 3 years gap in education is allowed (between 10th and graduation commencement).
• Candidates should be Indian Citizens. OCI/PIO cardholders can apply. Bhutan and Nepal nationals must submit valid citizenship proof.

Age Requirement:

• Minimum age of 18 years is mandatory at the time of registration.

Selection Process:

The recruitment process for Wipro’s WILP consists of three major rounds:

Round 1: Online Assessment (80 minutes)

This online test is divided into the following four sections:

• Verbal Ability: 20 Questions – 20 Minutes
• Analytical Reasoning: 20 Questions – 20 Minutes
• Quantitative Aptitude: 20 Questions – 20 Minutes
• Written Communication Test: 20 Minutes (Essay Writing)

Round 2: Voice Assessment

This is a communication round that assesses your spoken English fluency and your ability to handle client interactions.

Round 3: Business Discussion

This is the final round where selected candidates engage in a one-on-one discussion to evaluate business understanding, role fitment, and soft skills.
