Role Overview
The Process Developer – Order to Cash (OTC) position is a part of Genpact’s Finance and Accounting operations. This role involves managing customer billing, collections, and cash application processes. You will ensure financial accuracy, maintain strong customer relationships, and support business decisions through data-driven insights.
This is an entry-level position ideal for commerce or finance graduates who have analytical thinking, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Make collection calls to customers and manage invoice dispatch through email or fax as per customer request.
- Handle unidentified cash transactions and manage the entire cash application cycle.
- Perform daily receipt reconciliation (DRR) accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes, queries, and transaction mismatches.
- Reconcile orders and validate credit/debit notes for customer adjustments.
- Ensure timely posting of cash receipts and maintain audit compliance.
- Deliver reports and insights related to collections and payments.
This role requires both attention to detail and the ability to handle client communications effectively.
Educational Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- Preferred: Candidates with a background in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Batch Eligibility: 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 graduates can apply.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
A good understanding of Accounts Receivable, Order to Cash, and Financial Reconciliation will be an advantage.
Salary Details
The expected salary range for this position is ₹3 to ₹8 LPA, depending on skills, educational background, and prior experience.
- Freshers: ₹3–4.5 LPA
- Experienced (1–2 years): ₹5–8 LPA
