About the Role
Infosys is inviting applications for the roles of Process Executive, Senior Process Executive, and Process Specialist under its BPO Service Line. This role focuses primarily on customer service, technical support, and process operations. Key Responsibilities
As a Process Executive at Infosys, your role will include:
- Providing first-level support to customers and resolving basic technical or operational queries.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues with efficiency and accuracy.

- No prior experience is required — freshers can apply. However, candidates with 0–4 years of experience in customer support or process handling will have an advantage.
Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in night shifts (US hours) and flexible time zones.
- Must be comfortable with a 100% work-from-office model.
- Should have good analytical ability, customer handling skills, and a positive attitude.
- Must be ready to undergo mandatory client-based training programs.
Salary Details
The expected salary range for this position is between ₹3 – ₹4 LPA, depending on the candidate’s performance, educational background, and experience level.
- Freshers: ₹3.0 – ₹3.4 LPA
- Experienced (2–4 Years): ₹3.5 – ₹4.0 LPA
- Additional benefits may include performance bonuses, night shift allowances, and annual increments.
