What Will You Do as a Customer Support Associate?
As a Customer Service Associate, your primary responsibility is to assist customers via voice calls. You will be the first point of contact for customers with queries, concerns, or complaints—and your job is to ensure their problem is solved with a smile. Your ability to listen actively and respond clearly will directly impact customer satisfaction.
Your daily tasks include:
- Resolving customer queries related to orders, returns, payments, and general concerns
- Ensuring every interaction ends on a positive note
- Handling high-pressure situations calmly and professionally
- Updating internal systems with customer details and feedback
- Adhering to strict quality and performance standards

Salary & Perks
- Base Pay: ₹2,82,000 to ₹4,33,000 per annum
- Zeta Meal Card: ₹1100/month (₹13,200/year)
- Internet Allowance: ₹1250/month (up to ₹15,000/year)
- Health Insurance: Coverage up to ₹5 Lakhs
- Night Shift Allowance: ₹150 to ₹225 per shift
- OT Allowance: Paid as per business requirements
- Work Days: 5 days a week
- Weekly Offs: 2 consecutive offs (based on shift planning)
