Role Overview

Cognizant is hiring dynamic and technically inclined fresh graduates for the role of Analyst. As an Analyst, you will be at the forefront of providing first-level IT support to global clients. Your primary responsibility is to resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and systems, ensuring smooth IT operations for end-users.

This role requires an analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate in a global, fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver first-line technical support to clients across multiple geographies.
• Log, track, and resolve issues through a ticketing system, maintaining proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot basic software and hardware issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate teams.
• Work closely with cross-functional IT teams to ensure timely and effective solutions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduates from 2022, 2023, or 2024 batches with a 3-year full-time degree in:
  • BCA
  • B.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, or related fields.
• Must have at least 50% marks in 10th, 12th, and UG (no standing backlogs).
• Candidates must be Indian nationals and willing to relocate if required.

Not Eligible: BE/B.Tech, B.Com, BA, B.Ed or candidates with prior work experience.
