Job Role: Campus Recruiter

As a Campus Recruiter at Fresh Prints, you will play a vital role in scaling their hiring efforts by recruiting student leaders—known as Campus Managers—across universities in the United States. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, reaching out to leads through emails and calls, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews with the internal team.

This role is 70% communication and sales skills and 30% recruiting expertise, making it perfect for freshers who want to develop in both areas.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• Open to any graduate from a recognized university.
• No specific stream or specialization required.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Preferred (but not mandatory):

• Previous experience in high-volume recruiting or outbound sales.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn as a recruiting tool.

Salary & Compensation

• Expected Annual Salary: ₹4–5 LPA
• International Equivalent: $7,200 per year

Key Responsibilities

• Track hiring progress and prepare weekly performance reports.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet quarterly goals.
• Coordinate with training and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
