Role Overview – Fullstack Intern

As a Fullstack Intern at Sprinto, you will be part of the engineering team responsible for building scalable, high-quality applications. You’ll work on both the frontend and backend components of Sprinto’s cloud-based security platform, gaining exposure to cutting-edge technologies and best practices in software development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing user-facing features using modern frontend technologies like React.js, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Build robust backend services using Node.js, Express.js, or related technologies.
• Contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of Sprinto’s core modules.
• Collaborate with product managers and senior developers to understand requirements and build efficient solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in regular code reviews.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in production and staging environments.
• Learn continuously and keep up with the latest developments in fullstack engineering.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have graduated in 2022 or 2023.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields is preferred.
• Non-CS students with a strong portfolio or demonstrable coding skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Must have strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Basic knowledge of React.js and Node.js is expected.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git is a plus.

Technical Skills Preferred

• Frontend: React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap
• Backend: Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs
• Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL (or any relational/noSQL database)

Salary & Internship Details

• Stipend: ₹20,000 to ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience, interview performance, and role fit).
• Duration: Typically 4 to 6 months with potential for full-time conversion based on performance.
